The controller takes measures to process your personal data in accordance with regulatory enactments and to ensure that your personal data is not accessed by third parties who do not have the appropriate legal basis for processing your personal data.

Your personal data could be accessed as needed:

  • Employees of the controller or directly authorized persons who need it for the performance of work duties or a mutually concluded agreement on data processing;
  • creditors / lenders with whom contracts for the purchase of goods on hire purchase have been concluded;
